I've tried several different 3rd party carts and for general printing and the occasional photo on a compatible paper these cartridges are very good considering the price. Well worth a try if you have children who print out lots of pictures from the internet of their heros or lots of school projects. They won't know the difference but your pocket soon will.
If all you print is photos paying more for the Epson cartridges and paper is essential to getting the ultimate quality output.
For everyday printing I'm using these.
