All payments are processed off site on the SECURE servers of specialised payment processors using the very latest in security and encryption techniques.
We offer a choice of payment methods, Credit and Debit Cards are processed by WorldPay who are part of the Royal Bank of Scotland, for those of you who already have online payment accounts we offer the ability to pay with PayPal and for those of still wary of paying online we offer a cheque / postal order option, simply print your *order process* e-mail and send it with payment in £s Sterling to us.
We are committed to fighting online fraud and as such both ourselves and out payment providers have security check in place, to reduce the chance of problems with orders placed please follow these guidelines:-
Please supply a valid e-mail address, a landline telephone contact number and a permanent address when filling out your account details.
Please note that first orders and high value orders may only be shipped to the address at which your payment method is registered.
IP addresses are logged by both our site and the sites of payment providers but will only be used if required to help in the tracing and prosecution of those committing fraudulent transactions.
Newsletter
You will only receive our newsletter if you enter your e-mail address into our sign-up form on the website and confirm it by return or if you create an account on one of our websites and do not select the 'Unsubscribe' option next to Newsletter. (*Note the default is 'Subscribe' when creating an account).
The news letter will normally only be sent monthly and contains a few special offers and any company or industry news that we think may be of interest.
